A vacation at Giardino is a return to a traditional healthy lifestyle.

The Pavi family has lived in Acone since time immemorial and strictly maintain the connection with the tradition of the country farmer. 

Our farm principally produces an excellent extravirgin olive oil, thanks to the thousands of olive trees situated on the southern side of the high hill of Acone.

We also raise cattle and produce, on a small scale, Vin Santo, poultry, vegetables, eggs and fruit.

Our family has lived as farmers for many centuries in this countryside. We take great pride in our past and believe in working hard every day to keep our farm alive and to insure that it will continue to prosper in future generations. 

We are truly simple people. Here you will not find a grand five-star hotel, room service, or champagne, but certainly you will find very clean rooms, a friendly atmosphere, and a world of memories to look back on fondly.
